We believe in striking a balance between fundraising and affordability. We hold a few key fundraisers each year help keep costs manageable for families.  Your contributions help sustain our band program, covering essential costs for students and performances.

Asheville Tourists Concessions

Looking for an easy way to contribute? By volunteering for a single shift at an Asheville Tourists baseball game, you can earn $100–$150 per person toward student fees. A family of three can cover the entire band fee in one night!

Sock It to Me Santa 5K

12/13/25 One of our biggest and most successful fundraisers! This holiday-themed race sells out quickly, and we raise funds through race registrations and sponsorships. Help us by spreading the word and encouraging businesses to sponsor.

Mattress Sale

It might sound unusual, but this fundraiser works! Around 10% of people are in the market for a new mattress at any time. We don’t ask you to buy one—just help us spread the word to friends and family.
