We believe in striking a balance between fundraising and affordability. We hold a few key fundraisers each year help keep costs manageable for families. Your contributions help sustain our band program, covering essential costs for students and performances.

Asheville Tourists Concessions

By working a single shift at an Asheville Tourists baseball game, you can earn $100 per person toward student band fees. A family of three can cover the entire annual band fee in one game!

Then, sign up to work games here.

Each family member who works a full shift earns $100 per game that is deposited into the students' AHS Band account. The money earned can be applied to any band fees or used for the band trip planned for 2027. A student must be at least 15 years old to work. Any student who is 15 must be accompanied by a parent.

We have the following dates confirmed for the band to work at the Tourists in 2026. Please check your calendar and be ready to commit to any position you sign up for.

Our biggest and most successful fundraiser!

This holiday-themed race sells out quickly, and we raise funds through race registrations and sponsorships. Help us by spreading the word and encouraging businesses to sponsor.
